Return and Exchange Policy
We are committed to your complete satisfaction and offer a clear return policy as follows:
- Customers can request a return or exchange of the product within 5 business days from the date of receipt.
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition, with the original packaging and invoice.
The customer is entitled to a return or exchange only in the following cases:
- Receiving a wrong product that does not match the order.
- The product arrived damaged or defective due to shipping or a manufacturing defect.
- There is an apparent manufacturing defect (such as a faulty cap or leaking packaging).
- The customer wishes to exchange the product for another product, provided that the product is in its original condition and unopened.
- Opened or used products (such as perfumes, oils, and personal care products) cannot be returned or exchanged for health and safety reasons.
- Discounted products or products purchased as part of special offers are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- The refund will be made to the same payment method within 7–14 business days after the product is received and inspected.
- Shipping fees (round trip) are borne by the customer, except in cases where the error is ours.
